Notice to potential applicants residing outside of the NCHA jurisdiction.
NCHA does not mail application to applicants who reside outside of NCHA jurisdiction, NCHA has the right to determine weather process your application as a resident application or a non resident application on a case by case basis .
Applicants residing outside of state of North Dakota will all be processed as a non resident applicants. which will effect the Waiting List process as well.
